Good sources of DIY solar LED landscape lighting?

I'd like LED lighting cable in a lip on the top of my wall retention of new ones. Much of the real landscape lighting fixtures I have found are large / fancy / expensive. I'd like son, something that will be in Ribbon solar and lighting effects - either by buying cheap waterproofing diodes and the connection with solar energy, or make a step further individual LED wiring based along the border. I found dealextreme.com the parties, but no one knows a good resource for instructions on installing this sort of thing?
